The moment we walked into this hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The check-in process was quick and efficient, allowing us to settle into our room without any hassle. The location of the hotel was ideal, especially for those attending events at the nearby arena. The rooms were clean and well-maintained with attention to detail, and the double glazing ensured a peaceful night's sleep despite the busy road outside. The breakfast experience was delightful, with a friendly lady named Jackie going out of her way to make our dining experience memorable.

The location of this hotel is good, the staff is excellent. The property is located not far from don valley stadium. Special note of thanks to manager. No complaints, the hotel met the criteria.

This hotel is in a fantastic location for families, with the tram stop just a short walk away and plenty of free parking. It's directly opposite the arena, and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for a family with kids. the staff provided excellent service and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. the all, you, can, eat breakfast was a great way to start the day!

There was a minor issue with the bathroom cleanliness, but the staff were very quick to address it and provided compensation for the inconvenience.

Convenient location near the main road and close to the ice hockey arena, perfect for attending games. Friendly and accommodating staff.- Good size rooms and clean bathrooms

Strange smell in the reception area, smelled like cleaning fluids with a slight hint of sewage. Heating in the room didn't work initially and took a while to warm up

Perfect stay for new year's eve celebrations. the hotel is situated right next to the Arena and other entertainment venues. Plus, the free parking was a bonus. the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, making us feel at home. the buffet breakfast offered a variety of choices and was delicious.

Noise levels from other guests coming back from celebrations was a bit disturbing, but expected during new year's eve. the pillows provided were a bit soft for our liking, but that's just a personal preference.
